Ensure efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders from several markets in line with agreed Service Level Targets
Close working relationship with HR BP from the region
Identify areas for process improvements and standardization
Preparation of personnel documents (confirmation of employment, salary certificates, contracts, document updates)
Maintenance of HR data in Assigned systems
Responding to all inquiries regarding employee data, updating data accordingly data (bank updates, personal data updates, etc.)
Develop and review new standard SOP operational processes (instructions)
Prepare and submit monthly reportsregarding employment
Maintaining organizational structure in SAP HR and othertools
Maintain employee life cycle events in systems HR and payroll
Providing reference documents for employees as needed
Supporting employees in accessing applicationscorporate applications

Fluent written and spoken English
1 - 2 years experience in a multinational organization in a similar role
SAP HR knowledge is a must
Experience in administrative role
Profound knowledge of HR Administration
Organizational Management processes
Strong Customer Service Mindset
Understanding cross-cultural sensitivity
Excellent team player, open minded and flexible approach
